Refunds are only available if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can address your concerns.
2. Service Satisfaction

We do not offer refunds once a detailing service has been completed, but we may offer a re-service or correction at our discretion.

Requests for corrections must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
3. Deposits

Any deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable, unless we are unable to provide the scheduled service.
