At A&J Professional Detailing, we take pride in delivering top-quality detailing services and ensuring our customers are satisfied. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.

  • If you are dissatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can address your concerns.

2. Service Satisfaction

  • We do not offer refunds once a detailing service has been completed, but we may offer a re-service or correction at our discretion.

  • Requests for corrections must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

3. Deposits

  • Any deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable, unless we are unable to provide the scheduled service.

4. Special Circumstances

  • Refunds may be issued under the following rare conditions:

  • If we cancel your appointment and cannot reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

  • If we are unable to provide the agreed service due to circumstances on our end.
